I know you’re disappointed about the lack of updates, and I’m truly sorry for that. I was in the Philippines from March 11 – March 30. April was basically AP review, and this week and the next is AP testing. Fortunately, I’m only taking two AP tests, and I already completed one of them this morning. I’m also in the process of re-uploading ALL of the BTR-related image; this means all the promotional pics, episode & music video stills, screencaps, and album covers have to be downloaded onto my laptop again before I can completely re-launch the site. The rest of the site IS still available for you to browse, but I recommend that you stay away from the gallery for the time being.

Well, I finally got around to watching “Big Time Beach Party” and I have to say that I was slightly disappointed. Of course, it was mainly with James’s storyline, but that was enough to disappoint me. I thought they’d do something different with the “mermaid” thing because the same exact storyline was seen on Suite Life on Deck. Sure, I liked the BTR rendition better, since James actually ended up with the girl.

The main thing that disappointed me in this episode, though, is the fact that Jo kept assuming that Kendall actually wanted Sandy following him around – when it was obvious that he wanted nothing to do with Sandy. I’d like to see Jo be a little bit more trusting. The fact that she can jump to conclusions is something that’s bugged me about her since season one (“Big Time Sparks”).

The Indiana State Fair hit a big-time home run with the ‘tween-and-teen crowd by adding Big Time Rush to its Hoosier Lottery Grandstand lineup.

The group, which has a popular Nickelodeon TV series, performs Aug. 11 at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. March 11.

The group’s TV series, also called “Big Time Rush,” shows the antics of the four real-life best friends: Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos Pena, Jr. and Logan Henderson. Of course, they’re fictionalized on the show, both as individuals and as a band.

The show, which includes plenty of singing, debuted in 2009 as the highest-rated and most-watched live-action premiere in Nickelodeon’s history, and helped earn them a nomination for “Favorite International Band” at the Australian Kids Choice Awards.

Radio-ready songs by the group include “Halfway There,” “‘Til I Forget About You” and “City Is Ours,” all off the debut album “BTR.” The CD has a dance-pop vibe that include some interesting synth lead-ins.

Tickets ($15 and $20, which includes State Fair admission) may be purchased at the State Fairgrounds Box Office and Ticketmaster locations, by calling (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.

Previously announced acts that will appear at the State Fair this year include Sugarland and Lady Antebellum.

I’ve recently found the music video for “Any Kind of Guy” on the Nick.com website. In the event that you haven’t seen it yet, then you can watch it below.

I recently found some videos of Big Time Rush performing a concert in New York, and I must say that they’re so much better in concert. I love the album, but I like hearing them LIVE because it lets me know that their voices aren’t fake.
